I am renting out part of a house as a larger apartment. The apartment consists of 3 double bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom, which can be seen in the posted pictures. The apartment is air-conditioned, has a TV, satellite, and internet, as well as all the necessary kitchen appliances. Parking is provided. The house is 2-3 minutes (by car) from the beach, about a 10-minute walk. The house is located right by the main road, so there is no uphill walking. Possibility to rent the entire house at a favorable price. A 100 EUR advance payment is required for reservation.
